Cost: General (Delegate/Attendee): $350.00

The registration fees include the following: all conference materials, meals, breaks and a NAATSHO shirt.

We are continuing the traditional pre-meeting golf tournament on Sunday, August 7, 2011, and the tee time is 9:00 am. It will be at the Stone Links Golf Club and it is an additional $45 (Fee includes 18 holes, cart and box lunch).

Exhibiting at the 2011 NAATSHO Conference is an excellent opportunity for vendors to market products and services to key state transportation safety and health officials.

We have a variety of Sponsorship Opportunities. (Exhibitor cost is based on sponsorship level.)

Sponsorship includes:

• NAATSHO Registration (for 1 person--$250 for each additional person)
• 6' Skirted table
• Most meals & opening reception
• Conference exhibition space will be available adjacent to the delegate conference room. (The Trade Show hours are from 8am-4pm Mon-Wed.)
• Meet over 20 Department of Transportation Safety and Health Officials
• Vendors will have several opportunities to meet with NAATSHO members and attendees, but will not be allowed to sit in on the conference.
• There will be regularly planned times for you to visit with the attendees, including:
• The "Parade of Vendors," an event where companies present (3 minutes per vendor) an overview of their products and/or services to our members.
